Jennifer Aniston’s bizarre diet means she goes 16 hours a day without solid food

Jennifer Aniston’s glowing looks and svelte figure and she has now opened up on her strict diet and wellness regime.

The 50-year-old Friends actress limits herself to only eating solid foods for 8 hours of the day followed by 16 hours of fasting.,

The America beauty, who usually rises at 9am, breaks her fast with a celery juice followed by hitting the gym and meditation – which she credits for her fantastic physique.

Lifting the lid on her unusual eating schedule, she told Radio Times: “I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning.”

She added: “I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.”

Gushing about being a gym-bunny, she told the publication: “I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout.

“Because I’ve taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I’m taking care of the one body I have.

Despite aiming to hit the gym on most days, for at least 20 minutes, she also also shared that it is “important” to have rest days.

It comes after Jennifer hinted that she is working on a project with her Friends co-stars but vehemently denied that it is a reboot of the hit American sitcom.

Keeping things under wraps, as she sat on the sofa alongside musician Charlie Puth, Jennifer said that her and her fellow stars would love there to be “something” but they aren’t yet sure what that “something” is.
